Build and scale an AI-first sales enablement and certification function for a multi-product B2B SaaS portfolio. Create field-ready messaging, learning content, assessments, and certifications for account executives and business development representatives. Partner with solution engineers, subject matter experts, and designers; establish win/loss feedback loops; and use performance data to improve adoption, sales execution, and behavior change.

Support second-line compliance operations across Europe, including regulatory horizon scanning, change management, reporting, compliance assessments, AML/FT oversight, risk treatment, regulator engagement, and management information. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.

Partners with sales, legal, finance, hospitals, and distributors to ensure accurate, compliant submissions and documentation. The role collaborates with hiring managers, People Operations, and Marketing to strengthen employer visibility and candidate experience.

Own the design, development, governance, and production integration of Samba TV’s semantic data models and knowledge graph ontologies. Build RDF, OWL, SPARQL, and SHACL-based pipelines; define event-derived attributes; develop entity resolution and enrichment workflows; and apply embeddings, LLMs, vector stores, and GraphRAG. Partner with engineering, data science, and product teams, establish ontology standards, lead design reviews, and mentor junior practitioners.

Own growth strategy and commercial outcomes for a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands. Lead cross-functional pods across paid media, creative, influencer marketing, CRO, offers, and funnels. Translate performance data into growth roadmaps, testing plans, scaling decisions, and recovery actions.
