Drive outbound pipeline by identifying and qualifying prospects, executing personalized multi-touch outreach, conducting discovery calls, developing opportunities, maintaining HubSpot data, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams while leveraging AI prospecting tools.

Support regional sales finance through monthly P&L reporting, forecasting, promotional spend oversight, profit allocation, controls (deductions, credit, debtors), pricing validation, and commercial business partnering. Deliver analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive performance and lead ad-hoc finance projects.

Lead a 16-FTE Financial Control team to deliver accurate monthly IFRS reporting, standardize and automate processes, own balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, and manage the external audit as primary counterpart while driving internal control improvements and supporting finance transformation and integration projects.
