Lead and scale a multi-tier customer support organization for dealership-focused SaaS products. Own KPIs (CSAT, NPS, SLAs), implement AI/automation and workforce management, partner with Product/Sales on escalations, and build support strategy, tooling, and training to optimize cost-to-serve and customer outcomes.

Maintain and improve databases by writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views. Support reporting (SSRS, Power BI, Tableau), troubleshoot data issues, manage ETL and system integrations, create API connections, document processes, and assist with occasional after-hours support.

Manage daily PHQ operations to meet client SLAs and KPIs. Build client and dealer relationships, lead and develop staff, oversee finances and billing, analyze performance data, mitigate risks, coordinate cross-functional support, and provide operational support for special projects.
