Build and advance channel intelligence capabilities by collecting and synthesizing customer, retailer, marketplace, competitive, field, syndicated, and commercial data. Develop frameworks, processes, reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations that support commercial growth, program optimization, planning, and decision-making. Partner cross-functionally with field teams, program leaders, clients, and analysts while communicating complex findings through clear business narratives and contributing to organizational capability development.

Design, build, and operate production data pipelines using Python, Spark SQL, and Airflow. Canonicalize healthcare and customer data into trusted internal models, optimize distributed processing, enforce schemas, and implement quality checks and observability. Support customer onboarding, streaming pipelines, troubleshooting, on-call operations, and platform best practices while collaborating with product, analytics, engineering, data science, and customer teams.

Lead architecture and modernization of scalable Azure-based data platforms for procurement analytics. Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, Lakehouse architectures, and ERP integrations. Drive data engineering strategy, automation, CI/CD, governance, and AI-enabled productivity improvements while mentoring engineers and partnering with stakeholders to deliver reusable data products and APIs.

Own complex analytical workstreams from problem framing through client delivery, translating large datasets into actionable insights, executive narratives, visualizations, and recommendations. Ensure analytical accuracy, methodological rigor, documentation, and quality assurance. Improve workflows and reusable analytical assets, support feasibility assessments, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and mentor analysts.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, Spark SQL, Delta Lake, Python, and SQL. Integrate and transform data across enterprise sources, optimize performance, implement data quality and reliability improvements, and manage workflows with Azure Data Factory or Airflow. Apply cloud, data modeling, warehousing, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver modern data solutions.

Creates, maintains, and updates complex geospatial data, maps, schematics, and spatial analyses for infrastructure projects. Manages geospatial databases, ensures mapping quality and regulatory compliance, collaborates with engineering, construction, project management, and field teams, troubleshoots GIS issues, researches mapping technologies, develops standards, and mentors junior designers.

Build and maintain data workflows, analytics infrastructure, pipelines, and orchestration systems. Manage and modernize recurring cost models, develop AI agents and automated workflows, and mentor business operations staff in Databricks and AI tools. Partner with stakeholders to improve processes, reduce manual work, enable self-service analytics, and promote cloud-native data practices. The role requires onsite work in Kent, Washington, or Denver, Colorado, and supports Blue Origin’s national security business operations.
