Lead and scale Runpod’s analytics and business intelligence function, managing analysts and BI practitioners while setting the analytics roadmap. Own core company metrics, consumption and marketplace analytics, self-service reporting, experimentation practices, and executive and board-level insights. Partner with Product, Finance, Engineering, Security, Supply, and Go-to-Market leaders to improve data quality, modeling, decision-making, and strategic outcomes.

Provides portfolio-level data management, reporting, dashboards, and analysis for strategic initiatives. Supports executive decision-making by monitoring milestones, forecasts, risks, data integrity, schedules, and operational efficiency. Partners with portfolio leads, business owners, and stakeholders to resolve data issues, improve processes, prepare meetings, and facilitate prioritization and sequencing discussions.

Lead the architecture and development of Vercel’s next-generation data platform, supporting batch and real-time integrations, analytics, data warehousing, and AI/ML workloads. Design scalable systems using Kafka, ClickHouse, Tinybird, and Snowflake; establish data governance and security standards; guide architectural decisions and roadmaps; collaborate with engineering, product, security, compliance, and leadership teams; write production code; and mentor engineers.

Build and maintain Databricks-based data platforms, including ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, data modeling, and serving pipelines. Establish medallion architecture standards, canonical data models, quality controls, lineage, schema evolution, and reliable batch or incremental processing. Improve pipeline observability, scalability, idempotency, and recoverability while moving curated data to systems such as ClickHouse. Collaborate across application and analytics teams to create durable, governed production datasets.

Conduct research and analytics for Finance and Travel audiences using first-party, syndicated, quantitative, qualitative, and secondary data. Synthesize large datasets into insights supporting advertising partnerships, campaigns, RFPs, and ad hoc requests. Advise Marketing, Editorial, and Sales teams on audience growth and brand strategy, design consumer research studies, create data-driven stories, and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Own end-to-end client reporting and analysis, including scoping, delivery, automated report development, and deep-dive investigations. Partner with client-facing teams to answer complex healthcare questions, improve report efficiency and accuracy, develop scalable reporting automation with data engineering, and establish best practices for visualization, documentation, metrics, and stakeholder communication.

Lead supply chain analytics and AI initiatives focused on MRP accuracy, inventory optimization, production scheduling, and process improvement. Develop statistical, machine learning, generative AI, and reporting solutions; manage supply chain metrics and data governance; optimize SAP MRP parameters; support SIOP planning; and partner with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams. Mentor analysts and data scientists while driving automation, analytics strategy, and measurable operational improvements.

Own actuarial models and client-facing reporting measuring cost savings, outcomes, and performance of healthcare prior authorization programs. Analyze authorization and claims data, conduct impact evaluations, reconcile projected and realized results, investigate trends, and present executive-level insights to customers and leadership. Partner with clinical, customer success, data, and actuarial teams while maintaining reproducible, auditable methodology and documentation.

Lead data engineering initiatives supporting analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence teams. Design complex data warehouse and data lake models, manage large-scale SQL and Python ETL/ELT pipelines, maintain data quality and lifecycle standards, and translate strategic priorities into actionable projects. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, architectural guidance, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration with product, infrastructure, and architecture teams.
