Design, build, and maintain SQL-based reporting and BI features; create test plans and documentation; optimize report performance; perform triage and bug fixes; lead technical improvements; mentor junior staff; collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing analytics and reporting solutions.
