Lead the creation and scaling of a centralized Power BI function across multiple divisions. Establish governance, semantic models, security, release management, and standards. Build and lead a BI team, design complex row-level security, combine cross-division datasets, and deliver certified, performant Power BI reports and data products while partnering with stakeholders and maintaining hands-on architecture and development.

Design and advise on end-to-end data architectures across cloud and on-prem systems. Assess technologies, recommend integration and governance approaches, lead technical trade-off decisions, mentor staff, collaborate with stakeholders, and support business development and delivery.

Lead product analytics and experimentation to drive business decisions. Deliver timely, high-quality insights, mentor junior analysts, design and run complex A/B tests, build measurement solutions and visualizations, and partner with product and commercial teams to define success metrics and integrate AI into analytic workflows.

Define and build the Solution Data Repository as an enterprise data platform: set technical vision, design ontologies and schemas, select tech stack, define APIs and integration patterns, lead implementation, enforce engineering governance, and align cross-functional teams to enable lifecycle continuity and enterprise-scale AI.

Lead SQL developer/DBA responsible for SQL programming and SQL Server administration. Perform advanced SQL, XML handling, data modeling, replication, and data propagation. Support PL/SQL integration and basic Java/J2EE tasks as needed to deliver database solutions.
