Oversee the financial, operational, compliance, service, and cultural performance of a portfolio of apartment communities. The Regional Manager coaches Community Managers, conducts site visits, manages budgets and forecasts, improves occupancy and revenue, controls expenses, supports renovations and acquisitions, develops onsite leadership, ensures regulatory compliance, manages crises, and strengthens resident satisfaction and brand standards.

Owns creative studio operations, including intake, briefing, workflow prioritization, resource allocation, project governance, Monday.com administration, dashboards, reporting, and process improvement. Manages creative project delivery across marketing, product, sales, digital, packaging, and external partners. Engage key customers and channel partners, identify design-win and revenue opportunities, coordinate Sales, FAEs, product groups, and system architects, and translate market needs into product roadmap input. Develop strategic engagement plans, customer presentations, competitive analyses, product collateral, and field training materials while building relationships with technical and procurement stakeholders.
