Owns service quality, customer satisfaction, strategic planning, operational improvement, AI-first transformation, knowledge management, and P&L performance. Partners with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to shape strategy and innovation while maintaining expertise in open source database technologies. Develops high-performing teams, builds customer and community relationships, monitors market trends, and drives experimentation, efficiency, and scalable service delivery.

Provide advanced technical assistance to faculty, staff, and students; log and resolve tickets via ServiceNow; install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and applications; coordinate with vendors and infrastructure teams; document troubleshooting steps and escalate as needed while delivering high-quality customer service.

Lead and coach a field-based mid-market sales team (6–8 AEs) to deliver new business revenue for ERP/SaaS solutions across North America. It also involves client engagement, change-request management, cross-functional coordination, and support for compliant filings across multiple jurisdictions and reporting forms.

Develops new business, maintains customer relationships, and grows market share within an assigned industrial sales territory. Conducts field visits and cold calls, promotes material-handling products, prepares proposals, closes sales, arranges equipment demonstrations, maintains customer records, submits forecasts, attends trade shows, and helps resolve customer issues. Requires strong knowledge of industrial powered equipment, material-handling terminology, field sales, customer relationship development, and territory planning.

Leads the global sales enablement function, overseeing onboarding, continuous training, certification, account planning, sales kickoffs, and enablement strategy. Develops enterprise sales training curricula, measures program effectiveness, coaches the enablement team, and partners with Product Marketing and Product to align messaging with Tanium’s AI-driven roadmap. Requires experience managing large-scale global enablement programs and up to 10% travel.

Design and implement SoC-level DFT architecture for complex chip designs, including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, BSCAN, and iJTAG. Perform DFT insertion, verification, coverage analysis, pre-silicon sign-off, DRC closure, and post-silicon debug. Collaborate with RTL, verification, physical design, and operations teams while supporting failure analysis, manufacturing test flows, and yield improvement.
