The Data Analyst will engage with Supply Chain teams to analyze data needs and deliver analytics solutions, supporting product lifecycle using agile methodologies. Key responsibilities include defining business requirements, ensuring solution value, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Gather business requirements and design, build, and deploy reports and dashboards using Microsoft BI tools. Develop ETL processes, design and implement SSAS cubes, optimize queries, validate data accuracy, support Dynamics AX reporting, and assist Salesforce Marketing Cloud queries. Act as analyst, architect, report developer, SQL programmer, visualization designer, and trainer.

Lead design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and analytics environments. Integrate diverse data sources, ensure data quality and security, define SLAs, perform ad-hoc data analysis, and collaborate with product and project teams to deliver BI and analytics solutions.

Lead data governance and operations to drive business transformation. Define and execute data governance strategy, improve master data for ERP and supply chain, and oversee data quality, security, and privacy. Serve as liaison between business and IT, manage budget and team development, and report progress to senior leadership.

Lead analytics and operational insights for Customer Operations: define core metrics, build dashboards and forecasts, model churn/renewal risk, enable self-serve reporting, implement AI-enabled automation, and partner cross-functionally to drive retention, expansion, and support efficiency.
