Support Joint Replacement sales team by assisting in OR and office product evaluations, troubleshooting, inventory management, territory tracking, and customer education. Provide operational, technical, and training support across travel business lines. Analyze workflows, implement travel systems and programs, maintain master programs, coordinate cross-department projects, deliver training, act as SME in travel technology and vendor processes, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure consistent service delivery.

Handle customer service and order administration for national sales accounts: process purchase orders, monitor shipments, resolve order issues, coordinate with supply chain/warehouse/marketing, and support National Sales Account Managers to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Lead regional operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality and client satisfaction goals. Manage Project Management team, optimize workflows, enforce contractual compliance and billing, recommend process improvements, and provide technical and professional guidance.
