As the Manager of Business Intelligence, you'll lead a team to provide analytics and reporting, driving performance and insights across the organization, while managing relationships with stakeholders and enhancing data processes.

Analyze and integrate construction project data to produce predictive cost, schedule, and resource models. Connect and merge cost, procurement, schedule, and resource data sources, build reports and dashboards (Power BI/Excel), develop indicators and tools for project status and risk assessment, and support administrative and data-management tasks.

Conduct in-depth research on voting laws, turnout patterns, and civic engagement; verify and organize sources; summarize findings into presentations, proposals, and web content; track outreach strategies of other organizations; maintain records and collaborate with management to support project planning.
