The Sr. Manager of Finance will partner with leadership to manage financial goals, P&L ownership, mentorship, and drive profitable growth while ensuring compliance and enhancing controls within a manufacturing business unit.

Lead financial planning and analysis, manage budgeting and forecasting, conduct variance analysis, support month-end and year-end close, strengthen controls, optimize profitability, partner with senior leadership on commercial decisions, drive NetSuite and finance systems improvements, supervise and mentor accounting staff.

Lead end-to-end billing, invoicing, collections, and NetSuite-based revenue operations for a large, complex SaaS and services business. Design quote-to-cash processes, improve automation and data quality, partner with Sales/RevOps/Engineering, manage reporting (ARR/MRR/deferred revenue), and drive collections, tax compliance, and operational scalability.
