The Sales Development Representative will engage prospects, set meetings, and collaborate with the team to drive sales and improve strategies.

Perform month-end accounting for 10+ branches including P&L preparation and review, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, HUD compliance, budgets, audits, regulatory reporting, oversee accounts payable, and support Controller on projects and process improvements.

Serve as primary customer contact to build and maintain client relationships for healthcare linen services. Manage inventory and par levels, conduct site visits, audits, and client education, enter and analyze data in internal systems, respond promptly to client issues, and support sales and new business installations.

Own evaluation, selection, and production integration of LLMs. Build EvalOps frameworks, benchmark models, optimize RAG and orchestration pipelines, deploy model changes to cloud, implement monitoring, and document runbooks while collaborating with product and operations.

Support enterprise sales post-sale administration and client relations. Manage contracts, coordinate between account teams, creative and inventory, oversee proof-of-performance and ship-in quality, assist billing and collections, and provide customer service while juggling multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Provide administrative and scheduling support for warehouse deliveries, record keeping for manifests and contractor settlements, answer calls, maintain ticket and pick list accuracy, follow safety and company policies, complete training, and assist leadership to improve department efficiency.

Design marketing and event graphics for print and digital channels, create promotional materials for conventions and merchandise, produce visual content for web and social media, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain digital asset library, incorporate feedback and stay current on design trends. Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays required.

Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions for corporate clients, including lease acquisitions/renewals, dispositions, financial analysis, broker coordination, project tracking, negotiations, and client presentations while overseeing multiple concurrent projects.

Act as the initial client-facing contact for time-sensitive cyber incidents: intake, rapid scoping, secure internal communications, status tracking, documentation, escalation, and coordination for operational handoffs and secure data exchange during high-pressure events.

Develop and maintain full-stack applications in a low-code Oracle APEX environment. Elicit business requirements, design and implement solutions, troubleshoot and modernize existing apps, support all SDLC phases including O&M, and collaborate with project stakeholders. Must be proficient with SQL back ends and front-end web technologies.
