The Account Development Manager will develop new business, manage existing accounts, drive sales growth, and implement strategic sales plans.

Lead end-to-end rollout and operation of remittance corridors, coordinating product, engineering, compliance, and country teams. Ensure operational and regulatory readiness, track remittance KPIs, drive corrective actions, manage partners and agent network onboarding/KYC, and build scalable SOPs and compliance checklists to safely scale cross-border payments.

Write, edit, and manage compliant, persuasive technical proposals for federal contracts. Analyze solicitations, develop win strategies, coordinate SMEs, create graphics, maintain reusable content, and ensure timely submissions.

Manage retention and growth of medium to large high-net-worth client relationships. Build and coordinate a team of banking, trust and investment professionals to address complex wealth needs. Provide expert counsel on wealth management, drive business development, and ensure regulatory compliance (including NMLS registration).

Lead and drive digital ad sales by developing best practices, training local teams, managing pipelines, selling programmatic and SEO solutions, interpreting campaign analytics, and delivering performance reporting to retain and grow clients.

Oversee multi-site residential portfolio performance by developing budgets, analyzing financial and market reports, inspecting properties, leading community managers, coordinating vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving occupancy and revenue growth.

Serve as the front-desk face of the company: greet visitors, answer phones and emails, sort and deliver mail, schedule appointments, make travel arrangements, and provide administrative support including data entry and photocopying.

Promote and sell Thousand Trails memberships, meet sales targets, educate potential customers on membership products, build member relationships and referrals, implement awareness at campgrounds, and provide excellent customer service.

Perform external audits and advisory work for large corporate clients, including risk assessments, control testing, financial statement review, and audit reporting. Collaborate with client teams to identify control weaknesses, provide recommendations, and support finance transformation while staying current on accounting and regulatory standards.

Lead large, complex ERP implementations from discovery through go-live and stabilization. Own multiple concurrent projects, define execution strategy, perform deep discovery and scalable solution design, mentor junior teammates, stabilize struggling projects, and drive improvements to playbooks and templates. Travel on-site for cutovers and workshops; partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and Merchant Success.
