Collabera is seeking a Legal Editor with a Juris Doctorate or equivalent degree for a temporary position in Rochester, NY. Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in legal documents.

The Legal Editor will provide legal interpretation through research, writing summaries of banking regulations, and ensuring compliance information is accurate and organized.

The Legal Analyst is responsible for researching multi-state tax laws and documenting findings to update tax data systems.

The Legal Researcher will provide legal interpretation, conduct research, maintain queries, and ensure quality control for Westlaw data systems.

Provide pre-litigation support to case managers and attorneys: gather and summarize medical records and documents, maintain case files, prepare correspondence, manage client communication and scheduling, track deadlines, attend onsite meetings, and perform general administrative tasks to ensure efficient case handling and client satisfaction.

Provide litigation support for the Tort Litigation Unit: investigate tort claims, send and track discovery requests, draft discovery answers, interview witnesses, research property ownership, assist with trial preparation, process settlements and update databases, and manage CMS reporting and related administrative tasks.

Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) legal intake, client communication, document translation, and filing support for unaccompanied childrenimmigration cases. Maintain case files and databases, coordinate referrals and court appearances, assist attorneys with affidavits and applications, conduct client visits, track deadlines, and support partnerships and monthly reporting.
