Provide contract review and negotiation (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements); partner with sales, finance, and delivery on deals; assess legal risk versus business outcomes; build templates, clause libraries, and playbooks; support compliance (data privacy, employment, cross-border basics); and improve legal operations for speed and standardization.

Perform rights analyses of entertainment agreements (distribution, acquisition, co-production, network license, talent); locate and review contracts; prepare summaries; enter and manage complex distribution rights and related data in company systems; draft client memos/emails; apply copyright and Guild principles; communicate proactively with clients and supervisors to resolve rights issues.
