Manage full HR lifecycle for a manufacturing plant: recruit, onboard, train, administer HR policies and performance reviews, support employee relations and investigations, ensure FLSA and safety compliance, enter HRIS/payroll data, lead employee listening sessions, and support union avoidance and accident reporting.

Lead KIPP Indy’s financial strategy, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, grants management, compliance, internal controls, cash flow, audits, and financial reporting. Serve as finance partner to leadership and the Board, manage external accounting relationships, monitor budget-to-actual performance, and support payroll, benefits, and grant lifecycle to ensure long-term financial sustainability.
