The Senior IT Project Manager will lead client-facing IT infrastructure projects, manage timelines and expectations, and coordinate engineering teams while ensuring high-quality delivery of services.

Responsible for IT support and administration for Commercial systems. Partners with business owners to ensure system performance, compliance, and operational excellence across various business functions.

Lead and grow a product support team for a live digital court reporting product (Maggie). Supervise analysts, triage and lead incident response for P0/P1 events, coordinate escalations to IT and engineering, run on-call rotations, develop runbooks/KB/training, track support metrics, provision hardware kits, and hire and train support staff.

Design, implement, and evolve enterprise IT architecture solutions across cloud/hybrid, SaaS, and on‑prem platforms. Lead cross-functional architecture initiatives, define integration approaches, support AI/automation enablement, ensure security and governance alignment, optimize performance and cost, mentor teams, and contribute to standards, vendor evaluations, and modernization efforts.

Own and operate core corporate IT systems including identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and automations. Administer AWS, ServiceNow, MDM, and SaaS integrations; build workflows, govern AI tools, handle Tier 3 incidents and on-call duties, and partner with Security, People, and Enterprise apps to ensure reliability, security, and compliance.

The role involves strategic sourcing for indirect goods and services, overseeing supplier relationships, driving cost savings, and developing procurement strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead enterprise IT procurement strategy, governance, and operations across hardware, software, cloud, and services. Own vendor relationships, commercial negotiations, licensing and asset lifecycle, M&A procurement integration, and procurement process/tooling. Mentor and scale the procurement team, partner with Finance, Legal, and Security, and deliver executive reporting and cost-optimization initiatives.
