Serve as senior finance leader and strategic partner for the Audio Tech business, owning planning, forecasting, performance management, commercial finance, investment governance, and scaling finance capabilities. Build financial models for software, licensing, and services revenue, advise on pricing and partner economics, support deal reviews, develop KPI dashboards, modernize finance with automation and AI, and build a high-performing finance team to drive growth and profitability.

Lead FP&A and business analysis for the Automotive BU: forecasting, variance analysis, P&L review, budgeting, transfer pricing in SAP, pricing support, long-range financial modeling, and process automation including AI-driven improvements. Partner with cross-functional and global stakeholders and present insights to senior leadership.

Handles US sales and use tax and Canadian GST/HST, PST, and QST compliance across company entities. Responsibilities include preparing filings, reconciling tax accounts, reviewing transaction tax data, resolving tax notices, maintaining exemption certificates and compliance records, supporting audits, tracking licenses, researching tax implications, and improving tax procedures. The role also provides administrative and ad hoc tax project support.

Lead end-to-end global Procure-to-Pay and Account-to-Report processes, driving standardization, governance, SAP S/4HANA transformation, process mining, automation, AI/analytics adoption, and cross-functional change management to improve efficiency, compliance, and financial performance.
