Manage and calculate monthly sales commissions, maintain commission databases (CIQ), support quota and plan-setting, prepare accruals/reconciliations, resolve disputes, document procedures, and partner with RevOps/HR to improve commission processes.

Own revenue accounting tasks including booking journal entries, month-end reconciliations, P&L and balance sheet variance analysis, documentation, controls, audits, and process improvement. Partner with FP&A and other teams to communicate revenue results and support ad hoc projects.
