Manage and administer equity compensation programs (options, RSUs, performance shares, ESPP); process transactions and maintain cap tables; prepare Section 16 reports in Workiva; ensure ASC 718 and SOX compliance; manage vendors; conduct market research and collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Payroll to support grants and equity policy administration.
