Owns global commission operations for 400+ Sales and Customer Success employees. Responsibilities include calculating and validating commissions, managing quota assignments, reconciling CRM, HR, and commission data, implementing compensation rules, maintaining reports, processing adjustments, resolving disputes, and testing system changes. The role partners with Sales, Finance, People, and Revenue Operations to improve accuracy, transparency, scalability, and process efficiency.

Manage multiple complex UK payrolls end to end for outsourced-service customers. Provide expert guidance on UK payroll legislation, statutory payments, pensions, benefits in kind, share schemes, taxation, reconciliations, HMRC submissions, and year-end processing. Resolve discrepancies, advise enterprise customers, build trusted relationships, mentor colleagues, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement.

Leads the bridge between Finance and Technology by translating business needs into scalable financial systems and driving cross-functional delivery. Owns requirements, data models, UAT, cutovers, and post-launch stabilization. Improves quote-to-cash and record-to-report processes through automation, stronger controls, and reduced defects. Supports billing, revenue recognition, collections, reporting, partner revenue sharing, M&A integrations, new products, pricing, and geographic expansion. Also leads change management, training, documentation, and alignment across MIS, BI, PMO, Product, Engineering, and Finance.
