Manage UK and Czech Republic accounting operations, including monthly close, financial reporting, GAAP compliance, tax, treasury, payroll accounting, audits, and internal controls. Partner with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting, support acquisitions and system implementations, improve accounting processes, maintain policies, and supervise and develop staff across international jurisdictions.

Processes high-volume purchase order and non-purchase order invoices, verifies coding and approvals, resolves discrepancies, reconciles vendor statements, and maintains accurate vendor records. Handles vendor correspondence, documentation, payment processing, discounts, and compliance checks, including vendor addresses and Federal ID numbers. Supports county payments, month-end close activities, reporting, and efficient accounts payable operations while maintaining confidential records.

Own end-to-end international payroll across multiple jurisdictions, manage third-party providers, ensure statutory compliance and internal controls, support payroll accounting and reconciliations, coordinate with HR and finance stakeholders, and lead payroll system implementations and integrations (Workday, CloudPay).
