Lead strategy and scaling of fixed assets and inventory accounting, own SOX-compliant controls and audit readiness, drive ERP implementations and system integrations, partner with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A and IT, and transform asset lifecycle and inventory accounting processes to enable scalable financial controls and faster close timelines.

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of SOX business process controls and ICFR. Collaborate with cross-functional process owners, manage risk assessment, control scoping and testing, drive remediation, work with co-source providers, recommend process improvements and automation, and report findings to senior management and the Audit Committee.

Lead and mature end-to-end SOX compliance program including scoping, risk-control matrices, testing, remediation, governance, external audit liaison, automation, and team leadership to ensure ICFR effectiveness in a complex technology environment.

Lead and scale Treasury Operations including cash management, liquidity planning, global cash operations, forecasting, payment execution, bank account structure, collateral and facility management, SOX/compliance support, and debt fundraising. Partner cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, Sales, CDO), mentor junior staff, develop repeatable processes, and prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership.

Manage operational accounting and reporting for AI infrastructure, including labor capitalization processes, capital expenditures, and data reporting. Collaborate with various teams to enhance scalability and automation.

Support data center construction cost planning, forecasting, and controls across project lifecycles. Maintain program-level cost forecasts, prepare estimates and commercial risk assessments, compile benchmarking data, and coordinate with engineering and external cost consultants to optimize capital efficiency and inform location and deployment decisions.

Lead global inventory accounting operations, support month-end/year-end close, manage a team, ensure US GAAP compliance and internal controls, reconcile accounts, support SEC reporting and audits, analyze variances, and drive process improvements to optimize financial performance.

Manage end-to-end lease and Network Service Agreement accounting (ASC 842): identify embedded leases, assess modifications, support month-end close, prepare reconciliations and disclosures, partner cross-functionally, drive process improvements, and assist with technical accounting research and implementations.

Support debt management, covenant compliance, lender reporting, and interest rate hedging. Prepare borrowing requests, fixed-asset and compliance reports, investor/board materials, SOX controls, and ad-hoc balance-sheet analyses. Partner with accounting, legal, and lenders to support fundraising, deal execution, and capital decisions.

Lead the Fixed Asset Accounting team to manage global fixed assets and inventory accounting, own SOX controls, support audits, drive process improvements, oversee period-end close, and coach team members to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
