Own day-to-day project accounting for data center construction capital costs. Responsibilities include tracking capital spend, reviewing invoices, maintaining project cost structures, preparing accruals and cost-to-complete schedules, supporting capitalization and useful-life decisions, reconciling construction-in-progress accounts, maintaining SOX documentation, supporting audits, and improving accounting processes.

Own the fixed asset register, depreciation, asset master data, transfers, retirements, replacements, and subledger-to-general-ledger reconciliations. Manage month-end close activities, financial reporting schedules, SOX controls, audits, and process improvements. Partner with project accounting, leasing, tax, operations, and reporting teams while supporting asset systems implementation and infrastructure asset lifecycle accounting.

Owns project accounting for data center construction, including project setup, construction-in-progress ledgers, accruals, cost-to-complete analysis, capitalization, and fixed asset transfers. Manages month-end close activities, SOX controls, audit support, asset readiness decisions, and cross-functional coordination with construction, operations, finance, and accounting teams. Leads process improvements and supports financial systems implementation.

Leads and builds CoreWeave’s global enterprise risk and compliance function, including ERM frameworks, risk assessments, KRIs, risk appetite, governance, assurance coordination, compliance tracking, and Board and Audit Committee reporting. The role develops a risk team, partners across Security, Legal, Finance, IT, and Operations, and establishes scalable processes for a high-growth AI infrastructure company.

Own global cash accounting, bank and clearing reconciliations, payment accounting, restricted cash, debt-service reporting, and cash-flow support. Manage SOX 404 controls, risk-control matrices, audit relationships, and scalable control frameworks. Lead close activities in FloQast and NetSuite while automating reconciliations, transaction classification, exception handling, and evidence gathering with AI. Partner with Treasury, Finance, auditors, and cross-functional teams to improve systems, controls, accuracy, and close speed.

Own financial planning, forecasting, reporting, modeling, and cost optimization for data center operations. Partner with executive leaders and cross-functional teams on OpEx, CapEx, power strategy, leases, equipment financing, investment decisions, variance analysis, and long-range planning. Lead finance initiatives and translate complex data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.

Manage technical revenue accounting and ensure ASC 606 and US GAAP compliance. Review sales contracts, develop accounting policies, prepare technical position papers, support SOX controls and audits, monitor accounting guidance, improve systems and automation, and provide cross-functional training. The role partners with Sales, Legal, FP&A, Product Management, Deal Desk, Business Systems, and General Ledger Accounting teams while supporting accurate revenue recognition and financial reporting.

Own accounting for assigned joint ventures and investments, support monthly closes for VIE entities, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, consolidation entries, partner reporting, and disclosure workpapers. Coordinate intercompany accounting and cross-functional issue resolution, maintain SOX 404 documentation, support audits, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities. The role requires strong US GAAP, consolidation, Excel, ERP, and organizational skills in a high-growth environment.

Own day-to-day lease accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, lease schedules, month-end close, ASC 842 embedded lease assessments, financial analytics, audit support, and process improvements. Collaborate with Legal, FP&A, Treasury, and Operations on lease transactions, modifications, and contract amendments while maintaining accurate, scalable accounting processes and controls.
