Manage global intercompany accounting, consolidations, and foreign currency accounting for a multi-entity public company. Prepare financial statements, disclosures, and supporting schedules; perform month-end close, reconciliations, and technical accounting research. Partner with Treasury, Tax, FP&A and operational teams; drive process improvements, automation, SOX compliance, and support audits.

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of SOX business process controls and ICFR. Collaborate with cross-functional process owners, manage risk assessment, control scoping and testing, drive remediation, work with co-source providers, recommend process improvements and automation, and report findings to senior management and the Audit Committee.

Lead and scale Treasury Operations including cash management, liquidity planning, global cash operations, forecasting, payment execution, bank account structure, collateral and facility management, SOX/compliance support, and debt fundraising. Partner cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, Sales, CDO), mentor junior staff, develop repeatable processes, and prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership.

Manage operational accounting and reporting for AI infrastructure, including labor capitalization processes, capital expenditures, and data reporting. Collaborate with various teams to enhance scalability and automation.

Manage end-to-end lease and Network Service Agreement accounting (ASC 842): identify embedded leases, assess modifications, support month-end close, prepare reconciliations and disclosures, partner cross-functionally, drive process improvements, and assist with technical accounting research and implementations.

The Senior Analyst prepares consolidated cash flow reports, enhances reporting processes, partners with teams for operationalization, and adapts reporting for new transactions.

Support debt management, covenant compliance, lender reporting, and interest rate hedging. Prepare borrowing requests, fixed-asset and compliance reports, investor/board materials, SOX controls, and ad-hoc balance-sheet analyses. Partner with accounting, legal, and lenders to support fundraising, deal execution, and capital decisions.

The Inventory Manager oversees month-end processes, manages accounting operations, fosters team development, and enhances internal controls for inventory accounting.

Act as a strategic partner to the CFO, drive end-to-end execution of high-priority finance projects, manage business rhythm and performance tracking, lead technology implementations and change management, prepare executive and board communications, and build cross-functional alignment and accountability across the Finance organization.

Lead the Fixed Asset Accounting team to manage global fixed assets and inventory accounting, own SOX controls, support audits, drive process improvements, oversee period-end close, and coach team members to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
