Manage a complex retail petroleum and convenience store credit portfolio, including underwriting, financial analysis and modeling, risk evaluation, renewals, modifications, documentation, compliance, and ongoing monitoring. Analyze industry-specific performance metrics, identify portfolio risks, resolve credit administration issues, support client relationships, and collaborate with relationship managers and senior leaders. The role requires expert credit knowledge, limited supervision, and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Supports senior bankers in advising consumer and retail clients and executing M&A, capital markets, leveraged finance, refinancing, restructuring, and equity transactions. Responsibilities include financial modeling, company and industry research, transaction analysis, pitch preparation, credit and underwriting processes, due diligence, legal documentation, marketing materials, and transaction execution. The Associate also supervises and develops analyst-level bankers.

Provides customer and branch support for Home Equity Line of Credit applications from data entry through closing. Handles inbound and outbound calls, schedules closings, reviews transaction details, reworks loans, communicates accurately with customers, and follows home equity policies, banking procedures, regulatory requirements, and productivity standards.

Supports investment banking transactions from pitch through close by creating client and marketing materials, building financial models, conducting valuation and industry research, managing diligence workstreams, and presenting analytical conclusions. The role involves direct communication with C-suite and senior management, virtual data room management, and coordinating multiple projects across teams.

Supports M&A advisory transactions for lower mid-market Consumer, Retail, and Restaurant companies. Responsibilities include financial modeling and business valuations, client and prospect meetings, industry and company due diligence, transaction execution, marketing and pitch materials, business development, and managing multiple projects while coordinating with senior bankers and clients.

Supports senior bankers across origination and execution of M&A, equity and debt capital markets, leveraged finance, and strategic advisory transactions for financial institution clients. Leads sell-side M&A execution, develops financial analyses and transaction materials, evaluates financing scenarios, coordinates multiple projects, and works directly with senior leaders, product groups, corporate clients, and private equity sponsors.
