Lead end-to-end India payroll operations ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll execution. Oversee statutory compliance, vendor management, audit readiness, process optimization, automation initiatives, and cross-functional alignment with HR, Finance, and Tax while managing and mentoring the payroll team.

Lead and manage a fund accounting team delivering high-quality private equity fund accounting services. Oversee client deliverables, onboarding, complex modeling (waterfalls, equalization, carried interest), financial statement reviews under multiple GAAPs, and relationships with auditors/tax advisors. Drive operational efficiency, automation initiatives, mentor staff, and support business development activities.

Support treasury operations for PFS: liquidity and exposure reporting, ISDA and financing reporting, trade settlement and reconciliation, AML-KYC onboarding, liaise with counterparties and internal teams, maintain trade capture and reporting systems, and assist on treasury system and ad-hoc projects.
