The Associate will provide financial market advisory services, focusing on data analysis, client engagements, and developing scalable solutions for financial institutions, regulators, and government entities.

Conduct investment due diligence, financial modeling and valuation, prepare investment committee materials, execute transactions with stakeholders, and perform market and industry research for potential investments.

Support SOX §404 compliance by evaluating, testing, and improving internal controls over financial reporting. Identify and communicate risks, advise business stakeholders, coordinate with auditors and risk functions, and participate in ad-hoc risk and control projects.

Manage multi-asset client portfolios, implement investment strategies, handle flows, rebalance, monitor performance and risk, and drive process improvements using technology. Collaborate with operations, risk, data and platform teams and participate in research on portfolio construction, asset allocation and systematic models.

Monitor and quantify portfolio risks for global multi-asset and fixed‑income strategies. Perform quantitative research, scenario analysis, stress testing, liquidity analysis, and attribution; build production-grade analytics and data pipelines; integrate proprietary models with platforms like Aladdin; communicate findings to portfolio managers and senior leadership; and support firmwide risk frameworks and junior talent development.

Develop, validate, implement, and monitor end-to-end credit risk models (PD, Recovery, Ratings Migration) for public and private fixed income. Drive adoption of AI/ML and alternative data, integrate analytics into Aladdin, maintain model governance, and present results to approval committees while collaborating with portfolio managers, credit analysts, and clients.

Lead leveraged finance credit research, underwrite high yield and leveraged loan credit risk, evaluate relative value across capital structures, work with portfolio managers and capital markets on new issues, mentor junior analysts, and produce sector-level thematic materials for internal and client communications.

The Vice President will oversee tax advising, compliance, and structuring for BlackRock's private markets, liaising with various teams and ensuring adherence to tax regulations.
