Lead and perform financial, compliance, and internal control audits across operations. Plan audits, analyze data using analytics tools, document findings in an Internal Audit Management system, report recommendations, and follow up on remediation. Identify control gaps and support process improvements in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Perform IT and internal audit activities assessing IT general controls, data security/privacy compliance, ERP and database environments, and business process risks. Facilitate audit processes, manage projects, analyze findings, maintain confidentiality, and communicate in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).

Prepare financial plans, reports and internal KPIs; support monthly and quarterly closes and internal/external audits (including SOX); manage finance operations; prepare business plans, quarterly budgets and monthly forecasts; perform production costing and valuation.

Lead and develop the accounting department, manage month-end and year-end close, approve journal entries and accruals, prepare forecasts and budgets, ensure GAAP and SOX compliance, manage payroll and financial reporting, liaise with external auditors, drive process improvements and departmental metrics, and support managers on cost structure and performance.

Manage all plant accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, audits, inventory/product costing, variance analysis, and provide financial analysis to support operational and capital decisions. Lead accounting staff, drive process improvements, implement reporting tools and dashboards, and partner with plant and corporate teams to monitor cash flow and plant performance.

Lead India finance and accounting operations within the GBS Back Office. Own month-end close, statutory compliance (GST/TDS), controllership, audit readiness, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and management reporting. Support finance transformation, system integrations (SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, Workday, Concur), process harmonization, KPI/SLA governance, stakeholder management, and coach the local finance team to build scalable, controlled processes.
