Lead and manage Circle's KYC team overseeing B2B onboarding, enhanced due diligence, and periodic reviews. Ensure SLA adherence, audit readiness, and high-quality risk memos. Drive team development, implement AI-driven workflow improvements, and partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering while monitoring regulatory changes in the digital asset ecosystem.

Leads strategic financial modeling and analysis for partnerships, monetization, M&A, investments, and growth initiatives. Builds revenue, unit economics, valuation, scenario, and ROI models; advises executives on capital allocation and commercial decisions; develops board-ready narratives; partners cross-functionally across Product, Corporate Development, Legal, Accounting, and Data; and uses AI and automation to improve financial planning and reporting.

Design, implement, and scale finance systems (primarily Oracle Cloud Fusion) to automate and streamline core finance processes, enable international expansion, drive AI-enabled automation, manage solution design and testing, and support finance teams for internal and SOX audits.
