The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while partnering with leadership to provide strategic financial insights and manage resources.

Lead testing, monitoring and oversight of network participant risk management for payments. Develop and execute testing strategy, perform data analysis, validate controls, challenge first-line risk decisions, track issues, and drive remediation. Collaborate with BRO/IRM and stakeholders, maintain related policies and documentation, and provide insights on trends and risk changes.

Manage and execute supplier payment processes including invoice validation, dispute resolution, reconciliations, and control testing. Partner with cross-functional teams to reduce exceptions, drive automation, and lead ad-hoc finance projects to improve payment workflows and risk controls.

Support Card OpEx Central FP&A by driving quarterly reporting, allocations, and NPV memo processes. Perform financial analysis, build models, develop presentations for senior leaders, partner with finance teams to create financial narratives, and foster cross-functional relationships to influence business and financial outcomes.

Lead transaction monitoring and risk-compliance analytics for the PULSE payments network. Build automated risk programs, partner with data engineering on risk data architecture, conduct root-cause analyses on transactions, and translate technical findings into actionable, regulatory-compliant recommendations for stakeholders and executives.

Lead Capital One's Issue and Event Management program within Enterprise Risk Management. Oversee program governance, drive continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, enterprise reporting, and executive/Board-level communications. Collaborate across lines of defense, lead teams, and implement data and analytics enhancements to identify trends, mitigate risk, and meet regulatory expectations.
