Manage accounts receivable and credit control for the Swiss entity: prepare and process invoices, drive cash collection, reconcile multi-currency payments (CHF, USD, EUR, CAD), check sales orders, and support month-end, quarter-end, audit, and ERP-related AR activities.

Lead and coordinate Q4 close, year-end reporting, and external audit activities for a public-company environment. Act as primary liaison to external auditors, manage audit deliverables and open items, support SOX-related testing, review financial statements and consolidation workstreams, and ensure timely completion during a high-demand reporting period.

Temporary Senior Accountant responsible for revenue accounting, monthly/quarterly revenue calculations, contract review, order-to-cash collaboration, SOX compliance, audit support, internal controls, and implementation/testing of revenue recognition systems. Works cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, and Sales and supports ad hoc projects and process improvements through October 2026.
