Owns GTM commissions strategy, design, and execution. The role will evolve compensation programs, improve payout accuracy and systems quality, introduce AI-enabled workflows, establish planning-cycle frameworks, provide board-level reporting, and lead cross-functional alignment among GTM, Finance, and Commercial Operations. Responsibilities also include building sustainable quarterly operating cadences, communications frameworks, review processes, and scalable compensation operations for a growing enterprise sales organization.

The Treasury Manager will oversee global treasury operations, manage cash flow forecasts, optimize capital structure, and implement risk management strategies.

Support monthly revenue close and ASC 606 accounting for usage-based and AI-credit revenue. Reconcile billing, investigate variances, produce audit-ready support, automate checks with SQL and AI, and contribute to SOX/control documentation.

The Tax Lead will oversee U.S. and global tax reporting, quarterly and annual tax provisions, compliance, audits, withholding, transfer pricing, and tax controversy matters. The role supports IPO readiness, SEC reporting, SOX controls, tax forecasting, M&A due diligence, and tax-efficient global structures. It also develops automation and process improvements, advises leadership on tax risks, partners across Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Treasury, and mentors the tax team.

Own GTM topline reporting including ARR model, seat-based forecast, and monthly/quarterly actuals. Prepare presentations for executives, Board, and investors. Improve reporting infrastructure with AI, automation, and better data workflows. Partner with Finance, Biz-Tech, and Revenue Operations to ensure data accuracy and drive process improvements. Based in San Francisco with required onsite Anchor days.
