The Treasury Manager will oversee global treasury operations, manage cash flow forecasts, optimize capital structure, and implement risk management strategies.

Serve as the primary finance partner to GTM (Marketing, Sales, CX) leadership to drive planning, forecasting, reporting, and ROI-focused decision-making. Build LTV/CAC and payback frameworks, prepare executive and board materials, partner with Accounting on timely reporting, and drive AI/automation process improvements to increase planning discipline and forecasting accuracy.

Support monthly revenue close and ASC 606 accounting for usage-based and AI-credit revenue. Reconcile billing, investigate variances, produce audit-ready support, automate checks with SQL and AI, and contribute to SOX/control documentation.

Support CFO and leadership with 3-statement forecasting, management reporting, and board materials. Improve forecast accuracy, track equity burn and shareholder pool, drive monthly close and forecasting processes, and lead high-profile ad hoc financial analyses and cross-functional modeling initiatives.

Manage month-end close ownership across multiple entities and currencies, improve GL processes and controls, lead cross-functional accounting projects, mentor junior staff, partner with FP&A/Treasury/Tax/Payroll/AP, support reporting and ad hoc analysis, and drive process automation and audit readiness.

Manage accurate, on-time EMEA payrolls and provide APAC operational coverage. Process monthly payrolls, one-time payments, and pension contributions; reconcile payroll journal entries and balance sheets; liaise with vendors and cross-functional teams; generate payroll reports; and improve payroll workflows while providing employee support.

Own and improve revenue close processes and tooling to reduce manual effort and risk. Map high-friction workflows, translate accounting needs into requirements, implement AI-assisted controls, and deliver durable process and documentation improvements that increase predictability and adoption.

The International Tax Manager will oversee international tax provision calculations, compliance reporting, auditing, and planning, while ensuring efficient tax strategies for global operations.
