The Senior Analyst will advise on complex partnership deals, develop custom pricing and incentive proposals, establish pricing guardrails, analyze market and portfolio pricing trends, improve deal-pricing processes, and present financial models and recommendations to senior leadership. The role requires advanced P&L and unit economics modeling, commercial judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end project ownership.

Leads Square Japan’s financial operations strategy, payment and banking partner relationships, operational resilience, controls, settlement, reconciliation, cost efficiency, incident management, and regulatory responses. Negotiates complex commercial agreements, represents Square with partners and regulators, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Policy, Marketing, and Operations to scale payment capabilities reliably in Japan.
