Lead and support M&A, investments, partnerships, and divestitures by sourcing opportunities, conducting market and competitive analysis, building financial models and valuations, managing due diligence and deal execution, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to plan integrations and improve CDMA processes.

Own rebate and straight-pay forecasting and reporting for gross margin planning. Build financial models, analyze large datasets, investigate variances, partner with Merchandising and Finance teams, support monthly close and planning cycles, and improve processes through automation and scalable reporting.
