Serve as the FP&A business partner to Sales, driving planning, forecasting, and ACV bookings. Own operating expense and headcount planning, produce monthly and quarterly reporting, analyze variances, build financial models, identify process automation opportunities, and support ad hoc strategic analyses to improve business performance and operational metrics.

Partner with Sales leadership as the FP&A business partner to drive ACV bookings forecasting, operating expense and headcount planning, month-end variance analysis, financial modeling, reporting, and process improvements to support strategic decision-making and business performance.

Manage the AWS Marketplace pipeline and ensure billing and revenue accuracy across systems. Perform month-end reconciliations, maintain high-volume transactional quality reviews, support commissions, lead SOX and financial audit activities, and partner with sales, deal desk, and external auditors to ensure timely close processes.

Execute monthly commission calculations and payments, audit commission data, resolve inquiries and disputes, support new-hire compensation setup, assist external audits, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement compensation plan logic accurately.
