Support Accounts Payable by processing reimbursements and card transactions, uploading and organizing invoices and bank statements, assisting vendor onboarding, tracking open AP items, and supporting month-end close and audit requests. Work with Accounting and AP teams using financial systems and Google Drive to maintain audit-ready documentation.
