The role maintains SOX-compliant billing controls, participates in system testing and customer onboarding, and identifies process improvements while serving internal and external customers.

Supports financial planning and analysis for Global Fraud Solutions, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly and quarterly reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and business case development. Partners with business leaders and Accounting to explain performance, improve forecast accuracy, support close activities, and inform investment decisions. The role also contributes to process improvement initiatives and special projects while working in a hybrid office environment.

Manage a high-volume B2B collections portfolio, recover overdue receivables, negotiate payment plans, resolve invoice disputes, and document customer interactions. Partner with Sales and internal teams to support cash flow objectives, prioritize collection activities, identify account risks, and recommend process improvements. Maintain accurate records, follow internal controls, and use Excel and financial systems for reporting and account analysis. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Supports TransUnion’s operational risk and control assurance program by developing testing methodologies, evaluating control design and effectiveness, identifying gaps, investigating incidents, assessing policy compliance, documenting findings, and recommending remediation. The role analyzes risk and control data, presents results to stakeholders and leadership, and collaborates across the business to strengthen enterprise risk management and control culture.

Partners with functional and regional stakeholders, identifies risks and opportunities, ensures reporting accuracy, and contributes to process improvements, business cases, and management presentations.

Leads Africa regional controllership, overseeing US GAAP financial reporting, SOX controls, statutory compliance, audits, intercompany agreements, revenue recognition, and financial statement analysis. Manages the regional controllership team, coordinates shared services and auditors, supports acquired-entity integration, and advises regional and international leadership on accounting impacts and financial results. The role is based in Johannesburg and requires hybrid attendance at a TransUnion office at least two days per week.

Leads European revenue accounting, ensuring compliance with ASC 606, IFRS 15, US GAAP, SOX, and internal controls. Oversees revenue close, reconciliations, contract assessments, commissions, statutory and group reporting, audits, process improvements, automation, and systems implementations. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders and manages UK and offshore accounting teams.

Leads TransUnion’s global deal execution and pricing function across U.S. and international markets. Oversees a distributed team of 15+ associates, pricing governance, deal structuring, bid and deal desk processes, price increase initiatives, and commercial performance measurement. Partners with Sales, Finance, Solutions, regional leaders, and executives to improve revenue growth, retention, profitability, win rates, and pricing effectiveness. Develops scalable pricing frameworks, toolkits, KPIs, and best practices while driving organizational alignment and continuous improvement.
