Own the company’s tax compliance and provision lifecycle, including ASC 740 income tax provisions, tax close activities, accruals, reconciliations, and tax-related journal entries. Lead federal, state, local, sales, and gross receipts tax filings; manage tax calendars, audits, notices, external advisors, tax research, planning, and process improvements. Partner cross-functionally to develop scalable tax processes and use data and AI to improve efficiency.

Own inventory and COGS accounting, including monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, costing, valuation, purchase accruals, and subledger-to-general-ledger alignment. Lead inventory accounting staff, improve processes and controls, analyze inventory movements and COGS trends, partner with Operations and FP&A, support ERP automation, audits, physical inventory, and cycle counts.

The Senior Accountant will oversee financial reporting, including draft financial statements, ensure compliance with US GAAP, manage audit requests, and improve reporting workflows.
