Supports daily accounting operations, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, financial statement analysis, general ledger review, audit and tax documentation, internal controls, and process improvements. The role also performs ad hoc analysis and assists with tax filing workpapers while ensuring accounting data accuracy and GAAP compliance.

Manage revenue accounting under ASC 606 across clinical diagnostics and data licensing streams. Oversee revenue month-end close, journal entries, deferred revenue, reconciliations, contract reviews, SEC filing schedules, SOX controls, billing integrations, and technical accounting analyses. Partner cross-functionally to automate revenue data processes and lead, mentor, and manage revenue accounting staff.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and GL analysis. Prepare audit materials, manage day-to-day GL, inventory and tax compliance, automate accounting processes, work cross-functionally and with vendors, perform ad-hoc financial analysis, and mentor staff accountants.
