The Pricing Specialist will analyze cost data, prepare cost proposals, and support compliance needs in government contract pricing, collaborating with internal teams.

Responsible for executing and overseeing general ledger accounting, month-end and year-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting. Supports audits, analyzes account activity, collaborates with cross-functional teams, improves accounting processes, and helps implement/enhance accounting systems while ensuring GAAP and internal control compliance.

Lead a 10+ person accounting team to manage financial accounting, technical and cost accounting, tax, SOX controls, monthly/quarterly close, POC/EAC for government contracts, audit readiness, and build SEC-ready reporting.
