Leads the revenue accounting function, including ASC 606 compliance, revenue close, contract review, deferred revenue, reconciliations, internal controls, SOX support, and technical accounting. Partners with Sales, Legal, FP&A, Finance, and IT on complex transactions and process improvements. Manages and develops a five-person team while supporting system enhancements, audits, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.

The Senior Accountant will lead month-end and year-end close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, apply U.S. GAAP, maintain accounting policies, and support audits. The role partners with billing, AR, AP, FP&A, and business operations to resolve discrepancies, improve controls, enhance accounting systems, and provide financial reporting and variance analysis. Responsibilities also include mentoring junior staff and documenting processes.

Support expense planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across departments and cost centers. Prepare variance reports, track KPIs, analyze operating expense drivers, and develop scenarios for resource allocation and cost-saving decisions. Partner with business leaders, Accounting, People, and Technology teams to improve financial visibility, reporting accuracy, and forecasting processes through standardized templates, automation, and financial systems.
