Own day-to-day finance operations for the Lisbon entity, including month-end close, AP/AR, payroll coordination, journal entries, reconciliations, SOX support, audits, and billing/Q2C integrity across Salesforce, billing systems and NetSuite. Drive automation, process improvements, support billing cycles and manual billing calculations using BI reports, and collaborate with HR, Legal, Procurement, FP&A, Dev, Bizapps, and global Finance teams.
