Manages monthly billing cycles, performs billing calculations, prepares reports, monitors KPIs, supports SOX controls, and resolves operational issues with cross-functional teams. The role also drives workflow improvements, automation, AI tool adoption, and trains Sales teams on data-entry and system usage.

Supports accounting operations, financial statement preparation, billing, revenue recognition, budgeting analysis, internal controls, SOX compliance, audits, and monthly billing cycles. The role investigates variances and billing issues, maintains accounting documentation, develops reports and KPIs, improves workflows through automation and AI tools, and collaborates with Finance, Sales, Development, Product, Legal, and other teams.
