Responsible for month-end close ownership, preparing journal entries and reconciliations under US GAAP, supporting audits, identifying process automation opportunities, and handling ad-hoc accounting tasks while partnering with stakeholders.

Lead and own the end-to-end IT SOX program, design and execute IT and technology assurance and advisory engagements, drive AI/automation in audit, manage external auditor relationships, and communicate findings to executive and Audit Committee levels while upskilling stakeholders.

Lead and own the end-to-end IT SOX and technology assurance program: design and execute audits, manage testing and remediation, liaise with external auditors, build AI/automation for continuous monitoring, and provide technology risk advisory to executives and Audit Committee while partnering across IT, security, finance, and legal.
