Lead and manage US collections operations and an overseas collections team, own collections OKRs across six business segments, develop and coach direct reports, drive strategies to reduce past-due balances and DSO, monitor collections metrics, resolve escalations, ensure compliance, and lead process improvements in partnership with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success.

Perform quantitative and qualitative research on funds and investment vehicles, develop forward-looking ratings, author research reports, conduct manager interviews and on-site due diligence, monitor industry and market developments, and improve database accuracy and methodologies.

Produce high-quality strategy-level fixed income research and asset-class analysis, cover select asset managers, mentor junior analysts, engage external stakeholders, and contribute to thought leadership and analytical tool development while specializing in bond sectors.

Perform quantitative and qualitative research on loans/properties backing RMBS and other structured finance transactions; review deal documents and periodic data; set up templates and reports; monitor pool/property performance; identify and analyze risk factors and default scenarios; liaise with operations and technology teams; support ratings work and ensure compliance with policies.

Support lead analysts on CMBS and real-estate credit ratings by evaluating credit risk, building stabilized cash-flow models for multiple property types, maintaining financial spreadsheets, aggregating market data, reviewing third-party reports, contributing to rating reports and committee materials, and interacting with issuers and investors while adhering to rating methodology and regulatory requirements.
