Lead RMBS credit analyst responsible for structuring and rating residential mortgage transactions. Perform cash flow testing, scenario/sensitivity and transaction analysis, evaluate collateral, legal and representation-and-warranty issues, coordinate with technology, contribute to model criteria, publish industry commentary, and engage with bankers, investors and originators. Domestic travel up to 10 days/year.

Support credit analysis and rating assignments for U.S. RMBS transactions by assessing collateral, structures, and cash‑flow models. Serve as co‑lead or backup analyst, present findings to rating committees, perform sensitivities and stress tests, contribute to model and methodology enhancements, publish market commentary, and engage with bankers, issuers, and investors. Work closely with senior analysts to ensure consistent application of rating criteria.
