Processes traditional securities operations, including cash settlements, dividends, transfers, corporate actions, reconciliations, trade adjustments, security master maintenance, and restricted stock custody. The role supports client trade inquiries, monitors orders, maintains procedures, coordinates with custodians and trading firms, and ensures accurate, timely processing in accordance with company policies and service levels.

Investigate and resolve accounts receivable and cash application exceptions across multiple systems. Analyze unapplied or misapplied payments, identify root causes, prepare reports, recommend process improvements, and support system implementations and testing. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to reconcile discrepancies and enhance automated matching and data quality.
