Configure, test, document, and troubleshoot agents; lead customer training, workshops, guided build sessions, and ongoing coaching; identify automation opportunities; translate accounting processes into technical workflows; coordinate escalations; provide product feedback; and train internal teams on agent-building tools.

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial statement prep. Account for internal-use software (ASC 350-40), commissions (ASC 340-40), leases (ASC 842), and sales tax. Maintain GL, manage OPEX allocations, corporate credit card reconciliations, SOX controls, and audit support.
