Own end-to-end capital markets transactions across warehouse facilities and securitizations. Manage lender relationships, closing documentation, due diligence, reporting packages, borrowing base and compliance certificates, transaction models, covenant monitoring, and lender development. Partner with Legal, Treasury, Finance Operations, Product, Risk, counsel, rating agencies, and underwriters to execute transactions and operate ongoing facilities.

Own end-to-end compliance reviews for product launches, changes, marketing initiatives, and emerging regulatory issues. Apply lending and payments regulations to product design, disclosures, fees, and customer journeys. Operate and improve AI-assisted compliance workflows, monitoring, and risk assessment tools; conduct product risk assessments; drive remediation with Product and Engineering; coordinate bank partner approvals; and create reusable standards and documentation. This senior individual contributor role also informally mentors junior reviewers without direct management responsibility.

The Manager, Corporate Accounting will oversee month-end close processes, maintain financial controls, and improve accounting operations while mentoring junior team members.
