Own month-end close activities for debt, leases, fixed assets, capitalized software, payroll, and equity compensation. Prepare reconciliations, accruals, and US GAAP documentation; develop technical accounting conclusions; strengthen internal controls and SOX readiness; improve close processes through documentation and automation; support ERP and financial systems initiatives; maintain accounting policies; and mentor junior team members.

Leads Flex’s Financial Systems & Transformation function, owning the ERP, procure-to-pay and finance tooling, integrations, master data, close automation, and financial reporting infrastructure. Designs AI-powered accounting workflows, establishes ITGC and access-control frameworks, supports SOX readiness and audits, and optimizes close, AP, payroll, and reporting processes. Partners with Finance, Engineering, Data, Product, and AI teams while building the function and driving adoption across the organization.

Own end-to-end capital markets transactions across warehouse facilities and securitizations. Manage lender relationships, closing documentation, due diligence, reporting packages, borrowing base and compliance certificates, transaction models, covenant monitoring, and lender development. Partner with Legal, Treasury, Finance Operations, Product, Risk, counsel, rating agencies, and underwriters to execute transactions and operate ongoing facilities.
